Why do we need to wait 21 days before the next healing?

After each light body upgrade, you are in process for 21 days. This is how long it takes for the new energy to integrate with your system and for stagnant, lower vibration energy to release. During this time, you are supported by the love-energy you’re receiving and you do not need other energy work.

How many healings do we need?

A single healing can be powerfully life-changing on its own. You will know intuitively after each session whether you want to continue. When you’re ready for rapid transformation, receiving multiple healings in a row is more powerful than adding individual sessions together over longer periods of time.

Do the sessions build on one another?

Yes. Transformation is a process, like peeling the layers of an onion.
